Description
Hand trowels are used for cultivating small areas, ie. getting rid of slightly larger stones than the Hand Fork does, breaking up areas of hard or compacted soil, introducing well rotted manure to a small area, digging up smallish-medium plants either for replanting or composting
They also help to add fertiliser (especially lime which is corrosive to skin and gloves) where plants such as Brassica (the cabbage family) including wallflowers, are going, digging small holes for planting etc.
This trowel is part of the ‘Seeds’ Range and is Thistle Heads, dried and covered in Clear Resin.
